(1) Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.


(2) Definition of a working day
For orders to be included in the current working day, they must be placed before 12am on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12am and on English public holidays will be treated as being placed the next working day.


(3) Copyright of uploaded material
The customer is responsible for obtaining the permission to use any materials uploaded. We will not be held responsible if you do not have the right to use these materials.


(4) Delivery
Order will be dispatch within 8 working days after an order is placed (a working day is details above), or the same working day for Emergency Service orders placed before 11.59am. We ship all items using Royal Mail first class service.

We cannot be held responsible late delivery once an order has been shipped.


(5) Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed should the content of an order be deemed unsuitable. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed from outside of the UK mainland. In the event an order is refused a full refund will be issued.


(6) Print Quality
We do our best to ensure the quality of our products is the best it can be, however we will not be held responsible for poor quality if the images supplied by you, the customer, make better quality not reasonably possible.
We also reserve the right to modify your images to ensure the best possible result is achived.


(7) Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
